Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellation, withdrawal and refund rules for ClassMirror subscriptions paid through Paddle.
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. Payments handled by Paddle
Payments for ClassMirror Premium and ClassMirror Family are processed by Paddle. For transactions completed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the seller / Merchant of Record and processes the corresponding payment and refund operations.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further renewal payment should be taken after that date. Cancellation does not automatically mean that the current billing period is refunded.
3. Requesting a refund
A refund request for a Paddle transaction can be made from the receipt or subscription-management link sent by Paddle, from the billing portal, or through Paddle buyer support. ClassMirror may help investigate a technical or product issue, but a Paddle transaction is not refunded by sending money directly from ClassMirror to the buyer.
4. Statutory withdrawal rights
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Depending on the buyer's country, a statutory withdrawal period may apply. Paddle currently states that certain consumers in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom have a 14-day withdrawal right for some digital-content and service transactions, subject to applicable exceptions, including where use of digital content or services has begun after the buyer's express consent.
5. Technical or product defects
If a persistent technical issue or material defect prevents access to the features described, contact ClassMirror support first so that we can try to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund through Paddle in accordance with Paddle's policy and applicable consumer law.
6. If a refund is approved
When a refund is approved, Paddle normally processes it using the original payment method where possible. Access to paid ClassMirror features corresponding to the refunded subscription may end or be adjusted.
7. No limitation of mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Contact
